Relationship Officer Training Program – ROTP (Bali – DPS, TBN, GNY, KRS, KLK, NGR, SGRJ)
Responsibilities:

• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
• Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
• Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
• Review and update credit and loan files.
• Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field discipline.
• GPA Min. 2,75
• Minimum of 1 years’ solid experience in marketing consumer loan or any business products.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Male or female (Mature, creative, and business minded with excellent marketing skills Max. 30 years Old).
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Independent, initiative and highly organized.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both written / spoken Indonesia and Balinese.
• Full-Time and Temporary position available.
