One of the important moments in the second stage of the transformation process is successful rights issue in February 2011 to strengthen bank capital. With this, the capital of Bank Mandiri has reached Rp 62.7 trillion, an increase of 48.9% year on year and became the first bank in Indonesia who earned his International Bank, in accordance with the Banking Architecture or Indonesian Banking Architecture (API).
